A nervous assistant Amber headed up to the London exchange for the very first time. Amber learnt how important her job role is to the salon and recapped on her product knowledge to guarantee the client being recommended the right product for their hair.

An understated, uncontrived look. Less about artifice and creating s flamboyant look. Still happy to spend money on grooming and salon services but wants to look like he hasn’t made too much of an effort, whilst feeling great.

See hairdressing as a functional service and never about aesthetics. Simply maintaining a level of smartness. Unchanging styles and a classic/conservative look for the office. Convenience (speed) and price key concerns.

Cautious – George Clooney, Matt Damon, Prince William, Matthew Fox.
More stylish than traditional but seek some reassurance on masculinity. Preference for classic cuts with a twist. Will adopt trends that have been around for a while or are sold to them on a back of a role model.
