Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are open and following the latest Government guidelines.

We have enough PPE including masks for staff and clients, disposable gowns and gloves, and aprons for our staff. We also have hand sanitizer and ask every client to use this when entering the salon. Alongside the PPE, we are spending additional time cleaning to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Your Appointment

If you believe you have had Covid-19 or have tested positive, we will need to carry out a re-patch test for all colour services. It has been known but not proven for clients to react after having Covid-19. Please call or email to book this in.

When you arrive, you will be asked to wait outside until your appointment time. This is not only to stop too much traffic in the salon but also we have allocated time in between clients to make sure the area where you will sit is cleaned and disinfected after the last client.

Please wait outside until your stylist is ready and please stay in your designated zone.

Please attend the appointment alone.

Bring a mask or you can buy one from us at £1.00 each. You will need to wear this at all times in the salon.

We ask that you keep all your belongings with you as the cloakroom will be closed. You will be asked to look after your own belongings so please only come with what you will need.

No magazine or refreshments but feel free to bring your own, everything you bring must be taken home with you.
We are following national hairdressing federation guidelines.
We will only be accepting card payments so please no cash.

Tips will still be accepted and appreciated and the team have provided their own tip jars.

We will have a water dispenser at the salon but unfortunately our normal refreshments will not be available at this time.

We will be limiting the amount of people in the salon and have carried out a few tweaks to give us a bit more room. If you are in for more than one service such as a colour and cut, we may have to ask you to move to a waiting area as we can only use a certain amount of stations at one time.

A bit of TLC…

We have been closed now for almost 4 months and understand that you may have done a little diy with some home colouring. We will not be able to colour your hair in the salon without skin testing you.

If you come to the salon having coloured your hair at home and have not had a skin test, unfortunately we will not be able to carry out the service. An appointment will need to be made to carry out the skin test, this needs to be done at least 48 hours before. You can phone or email to book this and it can be carried out at the salon front door.

Booking Your Appointment

On booking your appointment you will be asked a series of questions, not only about your health but also about your hair and the service you require. Please can we ask that you are clear and exact about what you would like to have done so we can allocate enough time. If, when you get to the salon, what you have booked for cannot be achieved in the time allocated, you may have to forgo some of the service or reschedule your appointment as the stylist and therapist will not be able to run over so please make it clear on your booking appointment.

We have had our annual price increase so please check our website for all our updated prices. We have also extended our 10% discount for our retired clients and NHS workers (proof of ID required) to all week.
