Hello once again,
We’ve had a fun filled September with lots to update you on. Our covid guidelines have only slightly changed and now require people entering the salon to have their temperature taken, this not only includes clients but staff also. This is to ensure the safety of everyone as we are offering a close contact service . We will now be able to offer hot refreshments in disposable cups to our clients that are having colour services, this is to make sure that when you take your mask off to drink your stylist will be 2 meters away from you. Following on from government guidelines you will see all staff are now in goggles and mask instead of visor and masks this makes our working condition’s so much more enjoyable.
All beauty treatments are now back up and running and the beauty team couldn’t be happier so if you need those bushy eyebrows looking at or some relaxation with a facial Innovation is the place to be!
You may have received an email to let you know about Toby leaving the salon ,however after a few days away from us he decided it wasn’t right for him and he has come home to us. Wendy will also be rejoining the team. Wendy worked for us for 30 years and left to pursue a different career but is excited to re start her journey with us.
As we move forward this autumn and these uncertain times i would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our lovely costumers, without you we wouldn’t be able to do what we love and thank you to all the team for working so hard and making people feel their best and for keeping us all safe with your vigorous cleaning.
