“I started my apprenticeship last year. I’ve always wanted to be a hairstylist, when I was offered the position at Innovation I was so happy. I attend Fareham College once a week and have already completed the first unit. I am working on learning new skills. We also have a training morning every week in the salon, this really helps with my confidence. I am looking forward to furthering my education and becoming a successful hairstylist.”
